Longport Manor will be built next to an office park and use their access road to enter the complex. There will also be a gravel walkway connecting the complex to the thirty-seven-acre town park that is being built. Construction is set to begin this fall.

How Much Will the Rent Be at These Upscale Apartments?

Marini said that Longport Manor will be modeled after Liberty Pointe which sits behind Burger 21 and Bellini's on Route 9 in Latham. He said the rent for this new complex will range from $1,250 to $2,100 for the studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
