Have you ever wondered what it is like to roam among the treetops like a bird?

The Wild Side in Tupper Lake has an Adirondack elevated hike that is just for you. In our family, we are always looking for fun, unique things to do with the kids and this certainly fills the bill. I can't think of a more unique hiking experience here in Upstate New York.

The Wild Side is literally a chance to as their website says "walk above it all" with a view that is usually reserved for birds or squirrels jumping from tree to tree. This 30 foot elevated hiking trail features a walk through the Adirondack woods like no other. While you soak in the beauty of nature's playground, along the way jump in a huge bird's nest, crawl on a human-sized spider web, and more. According to their website, the Wild Center will be closed in April but they will reopen May 1st for you to enjoy this Adirondack gem.

The only way to appreciate the beauty of the Wild Center's elevated hike is to check it out for yourself!
