Hannaford Recalling Store Brand White American Cheese

Hannaford has announced a recall on their white american deli cheese.

If you have purchase Hannaford White American at the deli over the last few weeks, the store has issued a recall on the cheese according to a WNYT report. Hannaford says the cheese could have metal fragments in it. WNYT says the recall includes cheese sold in the last 30 days, going back to September 8th. If you bought Hannaford White American at the deli counter in that time-frame, you can bring it back for a full refund.

So while you check to see if you have any of the cheese in question, this is a great chance to just go ahead and clean out that whole refrigerator drawer where you store the deli meats and cheeses. If your house is anything like mine, there is plenty in there for you to clean out!
