Capital Region Residents Tell Us What Makes a Good Craft Beer

The Saratoga Beer Summit took over the Saratoga City Center on Saturday February 25th. There were hundreds of craft beers and unlimited samples. I decided to grab a glass and see what sets aside a good craft beer.

After having my fair share of samples, I decided to ask event goers their thoughts on what makes a craft beer a good craft beer. Was it the ingredients? Or, was it the passion the brewer has while they're perfecting their craft? Either way people came from all over the Capital Region to try a barrage of flavors in a sipping glass.

There's many different factors when trying to decide what makes a good craft beer. The answers were all over the board, but everyone agreed that the Saratoga Beer Summit was a great event.
