Let's hope we can spread this message and help authorities safely find a missing teenager from the Capital Region.

Police are searching for a teenage boy who went missing on Monday and they hope someone out there can help by offering any information that could be useful in locating him.  The 16-year-old was last seen in the area of Million Dollar Beach in Lake George.

The details are somewhat limited, but there may be enough information here for you to help authorities locate a young man that Warren County Sheriff's say was last seen on Monday afternoon at around 6pm in Lake George according to News Channel 13. 

According to Warren County Sheriff's, Jonathon Tedford, a student at the LaSalle School in Albany, was with a group of friends who apparently stayed overnight (for at least one evening) up in the Lake George area.  Tedford, 16-years-old, was last seen at Million Dollar Beach according to the report. 

LaSalle School in Albany is located on Western Avenue near the St. Rose campus serves as a multi-faceted human services agency.

For those unfamiliar with what the school offers, according to their website they provide "Therapeutic Residential Treatment, Day Education, Outpatient Counseling, & Alternative to Detention For Youth and Families Experiencing Trauma, Mental Illness, Substance and Sexual Abuse."
