New Smoothie Shop Open In Clifton Park; Latham & Saratoga Next

BARE Blends is about to turn into a Capital Region staple as it grows to multiple locations.

You may already be familiar with BARE Blends from their Stuyvesant Plaza location in Albany. Now, plant-based smoothie the shop is growing to multiple locations in the Capital Region.

According to a Saratoga Living story, a new location in Clifton Park is already up and running at the Village Plaza and two more locations are planned for Latham and Saratoga.  If you about are healthy, fresh ingredients, BARE Blends is for you serving up 100% plant-based smoothies, fruit and vegetable bowls, and more. Saratoga Living says the Albany and Clifton Park locations are being run by the same owner, but the other locations will be franchises that are not only being launch locally but also in two other states.

Since the Clifton Park BARE Blends would be my hometown location, I perused their menu and the highlights are looking pretty tasty. The salad bowls look super fresh and they really had me at "Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl" on their menu of fruit bowls. They also offer fresh juice, wellness shots, coffee & lattes, and more. Plus, they have these little "waffle toasties" that look delicious. Anything served in waffle form gets a thumbs up from me!

Saratoga Living says the Latham location is expected to open in April and Saratoga should follow soon after that. You can check out the BARE Blends menu for both Albany and Clifton Park here.
