What a day of hits in store for the Capital Region! The legendary 90's R&B trio SWV will be the main act at the 2022 Black Arts & Cultural Festival at the Empire State Plaza.

SWV exploded onto the scene in 1992 and released a number of hits over the years, including 'I'm So Into You', 'Right Here', and 'Weak'.

The day will be filled with not only music, but different styles of cuisine, games for kids, exhibits on black culture and history. All entertainment is free.
