The baseball fields at Magee Park in Delmar are usually hopping late into October with as much Little League fall baseball as they can fit in before the ground hardens from the cold temperatures. One cool event, that is in its second year, puts the spirit of the league's enthusiastic players into one last fun Halloween party. Saturday October 29th, Tri Village Little League will host a "Trunk or Treat". Over two dozen cars will be decorated in Halloween style with volunteers in costume.

$5 Little League Clinic To Honor Lazar LaPenna in Bethlehem
Sunday May 22nd from 2:30pm to 4pm at Tri Little League in Delmar there will be a baseball clinic open to kids from 5-12 years-old. The cost of the instructional afternoon is only $5 per player. All proceeds from the afternoon, including a percentage of the concessions, will go to the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York, in memory of Lazar LaPenna, the 11 year-old boy that died from a seizure while playing Little League on Long Island on April 29th.
