Veterans Day Discounts/Freebies in Capital Region

As we celebrate the brave men and women who served this Veterans Day, many Capital Region places are offering deals and freebies for our beloved veterans. There are some deals that carry throughout the month of November and others that are good for Veterans Day only. Our veterans put their lives on the line to protect us and fight for the freedoms that we all continue to enjoy.

Here are some of the deals they can receive today as a show of gratitude for their service according to Military Benefits. Click on the retailer for Capital Region locations.

Hoffman Car Wash/Jiffy Lube

On Wednesday, November 11th, all active and retired military personnel will receive a free car wash at any of the 17 Exterior or Full Service locations. Additionally, all military members can also receive a $9.99 Hoffman Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change. No need to present an ID.

Stewart's

On Wednesday, November 11th, Stewart’s Shops will once again be offering 50¢ single scoop cones for everyone on Veterans Day.

Texas De Brazil

Veterans receive 25% off dinner Monday, November 9 through Thursday, November 12.

110 Grill in Albany and Latham

Complimentary lunch entrée from a select menu to all Veterans and active-duty military on November 11th.

Applebee’s
Veterans and Active Duty Military can select a free meal from a limited menu on Veteran’s Day. Provide proof of service required.

BJ’s Restaurant
On Veterans Day, all service members can enjoy a complimentary entree up to $14.95, plus a free Dr Pepper, by presenting a military ID or proof of service

20% off a meal on Nov. 11 for veterans and parties up to 4.

Buffalo Wild Wings Free Wings
All-day long on Wednesday, November 11, veterans and active-duty military who dine-in at their local B-Dubs can receive a free one order of boneless wings and a side of fries. At participating U.S. locations only.

Chili’s Grill & Bar
All veterans and active-duty military personnel can choose a complimentary meal from a select menu on Veterans Day 2020.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
During Military Family Appreciation Month Cracker Barrel will offer in-store specials on Veterans Day for military veterans and promotions throughout November to support military families in partnership with Operation Homefront. On 11/11, veterans can receive a free slice of Double Fudge Coca-Cola Cake with their meal.

Denny’s
All active, non-active or retired military personnel at all participating Denny’s restaurants nationwide will receive a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 5 a.m. to noon. Diners must show ID to receive this offer.

Dunkin’

On November 11, Veterans and active duty military can enjoy a free donut at Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide, with no purchase necessary.

Cumberland Farms

On Veterans Day, November 11, veterans, active-duty, reserve, National Guard, or honorably discharged military personnel can stop by their local Cumberland Farms to get a free signature Farmhouse Blend of Bold, hot, or an iced coffee in any size. Those who wish to get in on this deal must show proof of Honorable Military Service

Friendly’s Free Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner

Friendly’s is treating veterans and active military, with a valid military ID or honorable discharge card, to a free All-American meal for lunch or dinner, which consists of the All-American Burger, served with a side of fries and a drink on Veteran’s Day 11-11-2020. The burger can be upgraded to a cheeseburger for free.

IHOP
All active duty and Veterans are invited to come in and enjoy Free Red, White, & Blue Pancakes on Monday, November 11, from 7 am to 7 pm.

Menchie’s Free Frozen Yogurt
On Veterans Day, all Veterans and military personnel with a military ID or proof of service will receive a free six-ounce frozen yogurt any time of day on Veterans Day 11.11. Show a valid ID or be in uniform to receive.

This Veterans Day all military veterans, active servicemen, and women can enjoy a free Bloomin’ Onion and Coca-Cola on November 11th.

Red Lobster
On Wednesday, November 11th to thank Veterans, active-duty military, and reservists, Red Lobster will offer a free appetizer or dessert from their select Veterans Day menu. To receive this offer, show a valid military ID.

Red Robin
All Veterans and Active Duty Military get a free dine-in Red’s Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries in honor of Veterans Day. For 2020, to reduce crowding, this offer is available Nov. 12 – Nov. 30.
