Video of 'Intoxicated' Upstate Judge Handcuffed After Shoving Cop

New York State Supreme Court Justice Mark J. Grisanti and his wife Maria Grisanti were both handcuffed and detained outside their North Buffalo home in June.

According to the article in NYUP the judge and his wife, who appear to be intoxicated in the video, had been fighting with neighbors for a while over a car that was parked blocking their driveway. When police arrived they found Maria Grisanti yelling at neighbors and ended up putting her in handcuffs and that's when all hell broke loose. When police tried to handcuff Maria Judge Grisanti shoved the police officer. He was then cuffed.

At that point, the judge starts talking about his daughter and son-in-law that are Buffalo Police officers, and that he also knows the mayor implying that he should be able to get out of this and be given preferential treatment because of who he knows.

These Buffalo Police were having none of it. In the video, and at NYUP you hear one officer says, "You wanna drop another copper’s name? You want to scream about...you know Gramaglia or the mayor? Why don’t you shut the f--- up? You want to say I know all these coppers, I know all these things? You want to make us look dirty.? Is that what you want to do?”

According to NYUP, New York State Supreme Court Justice Mark J. Grisanti and his wife Maria Grisanti weren't arrested or charged with anything.
