‘Work From Home’ Toys For Kids – To Be Just Like You [PIC]

During the pandemic, many parents were forced to work from home and some still are. They have been spending more time with their kids and as a result, they are modeling their behavior. Now you can buy your kid a set of toys so they can play-work alongside you.Growing up, I was fortunate because my mom was a hairdresser and had her shop right inside our house. So I would mimic her doing people's hair and help out sweeping in the shop. With the coronavirus pandemic, many kids are finding out what their parents do on a day-to-day basis at work. Fisher-Price has a toy set that comes with everything if the kid's parent has been working from home during the pandemic.

According to the New York Post, the Fisher-Price company has just released the My Home Office toy set. This set has eight pieces including a headset, a wooden smartphone, a travel coffee cup, a red plastic laptop that you can put "app" stickers on that show a bar graph, a calendar, a chart, and a cute cat wearing glasses.

The My Home Office set is $24.99 and can be purchased on the Fisher-Price website, Bed Bath And Beyond, Amazon, and other stores.

As much as I love that kids want to model after what their parents do, I am unsettled about this. Aren't they already growing up too fast and on electronics all day? I know these aren't real electronics so maybe they will get bored with these fake ones fast and go about their playtime.
